1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 16ph Casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, payment processing services, and customer support available at 16ph.club and any associated mobile-optimized URLs (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in full. • Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory authority;
• Have a valid Philippine mobile number that can receive SMS for account verification purposes.

16ph Casino reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. We reserve the right to decline registration or suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 16ph Casino platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 16ph employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts; accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended without notice and all associated balances frozen pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

16ph Casino is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players. You agree to provide, upon request, any of the following documentation: government-issued photo identification (UMID, Passport, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months), and source of funds documentation where required. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until applicable KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Registration of Philippine Mobile Number

Your registered Philippine mobile number serves as your primary account identifier. You are responsible for maintaining access to this number. If you lose access to your registered number, account recovery requires completion of enhanced identity verification procedures through 16ph Customer Support.

4. Account Security & Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 16ph Casino will never request your password or OTP codes through any communication channel — any such request is indicative of a phishing attempt and should be reported to our support team immediately.

You must notify 16ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach involving your login credentials. 16ph Casino shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 16ph Casino account must be made through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit (currently including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph). Deposits must be funded from payment instruments that you own and are authorized to use. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. 16ph does not charge deposit fees on its side, though your payment provider may apply charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. 16ph Casino targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals are targeted within 1–3 hours. These timelines are targets and not guarantees.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Deposits that have been credited as part of a bonus offer may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the relevant bonus terms. Pure deposits not associated with any bonus offer carry no wagering requirement and may be withdrawn subject to KYC verification and the minimum withdrawal amount.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by 16ph Casino are subject to specific bonus terms published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device;
• 16ph reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any attempt to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses have expiry dates — unused bonuses expire as specified in the applicable promotion terms;
• 16ph Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the 16ph Casino platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for RNG-based games, and genuine live dealing for live casino titles. 16ph does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published in the game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction during any game (including live dealer disconnection, server error, or software fault), the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned. 16ph Casino shall not be liable for any winnings that would have been accrued during a malfunctioning round. The decision of 16ph Casino's management in all game disputes shall be final, subject to applicable regulatory escalation procedures.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 16ph platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or exploit promotions;
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability and failing to report it immediately to 16ph support;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of match manipulation in sports betting markets;
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose including circumventing bonus restrictions;
• Using another person's payment credentials to fund your account;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering under Philippine law;
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or any IP obfuscation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Any conduct that harasses, threatens, or harms other players or 16ph staff.

9. Responsible Gaming

16ph Casino is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits;
• Loss Limits — caps on net losses over defined periods;
• Session Time Limits — automatic logout after a configured play duration;

10. Account Suspension & Termination

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against 16ph;
• Account activity flagged by regulatory monitoring systems;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction.

Upon termination for cause, 16ph Casino reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Upon termination not for cause (e.g., voluntary account closure), any remaining balance in excess of the minimum withdrawal amount will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 16ph Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.

16ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 16ph Casino platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, sounds, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 16ph Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of 16ph Casino.

13. Privacy

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding data processing matters, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.

14. Amendments to These Terms

16ph Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to the registered mobile number and/or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from the use of the 16ph Casino platform shall first be submitted to 16ph Customer Support for internal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately handled may also escalate to PAGCOR through the channels published on PAGCOR's official website.
